Pet Flora - Probiotics for Cats

Soil Based Organisms

When you have a cat with diarrhea or other GI upset he/she may eat grass. If you look closely, you will notice that they also pull at the grass . Why? To get at the microscopic soil-based probiotic organisms (SBOs) that surround the roots, which your pet instinctively knows are essential for digestion, and is missing from their diet. This is what makes our *cat probiotic* different from other probiotics. Other probiotics are diary based, Pet Flora is made from SBOs and are natural to your pet.

Pet Flora is a fast acting cat probiotic. Unless you are dealing with a chronic imbalance, only a few double doses will quickly resolve most GI upset. When administered daily, Pet Flora is a defender against feline disease. It may surprise you to know that your pet’s digestive tract makes up 80% of its overall immune system, and that 90% of all chronic disease is caused by an unhealthy digestive system.

Why cats vomit and have diarrhea: the cause is an imbalance of bacteria in their digestive system. Ideally, the ratio should be 85/15 good bacteria versus bad bacteria. Whether you have a cat with constipation, bad breath, gas, diarrhea, vomiting, or indigestion, the cause is an imbalance of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria in their digestive system. Unless the balance is quickly restored, your pet's condition can quickly escalate to more serious feline diseases such as feline diabetes and feline kidney disease.

Cat Constipation, is the result of this imbalance over time, combined with a steady diet of low quality manufactured pet food. Try adding
Easy Go supplement for cats, with Pet Flora for the safest and most gentle constipation relief

When you rescue a cat they are often sickly and may be experiencing diarrhea or vomiting, this product is a great way to start your new pet on a path of better health. It is also important to administer Pet Flora after a round of antibiotics in order to restore normal bacterial balance.

Product Info

Pet Flora is a Soil-Based Organism. Soil-Based means that the natural probiotic organisms of the soil are the ingredients in Pet Flora. In the soil, these microorganisms hold down yeast and fungi, reduce acidity, and improve assimilation of nutrients to plants. Amazingly, they do exactly the same in higher animals. Pet Flora holds down yeasts, fungi, and pathogenic microorganisms, while improving nutrient assimilation. How to Use

Pet Flora can be administered in its capsule or mixed into wet food or a liquid. Cats and dogs like the taste because it tastes like dirt. And, dirt is one of their favorite tastes. Really!

See labels and individual products for recommended dosages.

There is a wide range of safety with Pet Flora. It has no known toxic dose. You may experiment liberally to find the right dose for your pet. However, it is always wise to start with a small dose and calculate from there for an effective dose.

Pet Flora contains a spectrum of 29 microflora, that fall into the following eleven categories:
  • Acinetobacter
  • Arthrobacter
  • Azospirillum
  • Azotobacter Bacillus
  • Bacteroides
  • Brevibacterium
  • Kurtha
  • Myrothecium P
  • Chrysosporium
  • Pseudomonas
  • Streptomyces
The proliferation of these microflora into their 29 plus sub-species variations is promoted by the prebiotic complexes, and the humic and fulvic acids extracted from ancient plant deposits. All twelve seed species are Class One Microbiological agents and approved by the FDA for human and animal consumption.

Note: There are many varieties and sub-species of each microbiological organism. Some are beneficial and some are harmful. While Pseudomonas has harmful varieties, ours is not only safe but beneficial.

"I will be ordering more products from you for sure. The Pet Flora is working wonders for my 10 year old cat Dasha. She had been throwing up horribly. It was green bile, she had been doing this for about 3 weeks. I have been giving her this product for about a week she is doing much much better. Has not thrown up for the last 4 days. Good news!!!!"

"I have been using Vitality Science products since October of 2006. My experiences with Pet Flora have been particularly impressive. We have seen rapid improvement in chronic and acute cases of cat diarrhea and vomiting. Recently, I had a personal experience with my cat Nuna. He was diagnosed with asthma while experiencing breathing difficulties along with an intestinal obstruction. After intestinal surgery, and with regular administration of Pet Flora, he has not had symptoms of asthma or gastrointestinal disease.

At any rate, I have been able to stabilize him by using 3/4 tsp Feline Comfort and 2 x day along with some extra fiber and vitamins. He has not had any bloody loose stools since starting the Feline Comfort and is generally quite active and social.

Right now he is back on antibiotics to control the bacterial overgrowth, along with the Feline Comfort and, fiber, and vitamins. His food was successfully changed to Wellness (at your recommendation) and he is doing well with it."

"Hi Stephen,

With your sage advice and all of the Vitality Science products that I have been giving Reggie, along with Nature's Variety wet food and their Raw Boost Freeze Dried Dry food he has begun gaining weight and is finally pretty consistently producing firm bowel movements. He still has his episodes of throwing up and loose bowels occasionally but he is infinitely better than he was a month ago and I'm hopeful he'll keep improving day by day. I know that IBS can be chronic and very difficult to treat so I'm taking it one day at a time.
So I wanted to say thank you, thank you for working with me to treat him! I can't guarantee I won't contact you again regarding Reggie because I'm not taking anything for granted. But I didn't want to let any more time go by before I thanked you for helping me out.

"Hello Stephen!

I believe Shade is a Nebelung and suffers from genetic weakness caused by the inbreeding used to create the breed. While he looks to be a prime example of the breed, he does seem to have a bad case of IBD that manifests itself as a complete inability to deal with hairballs, as normal healthy cats can. I believe the hairballs are what have caused him to vomit, have diarrhea and intermittent constipation.

Hairball "meds" have not given Shade relief, when we have been able to entice him to eat them, because they only grease them, not prevent them from building up in the first place. Also, they often gave him diarrhea.

Shade has made a lot of improvement since we started using Vitality Science products last fall…Now he is finally starting to gain weight in a big way. He is still very thin, but his spine between his shoulder blades are finally covered with a comfortable layer of flesh. His hips are still far too bony, but showing significant improvement. The vomiting and diarrhea are sooooo reduced as to be almost non-existent compared to where he was 4 months ago!

Pet Flora has been a constant, and I will never be without it. In fact, the biggest leap was made when we started giving it by mouth only, in January.

We still have a long way to go but I now have complete faith we will get "there"!!

Thank you Stephen!!

"I have never written a testimonial for a product before, but I have had tremendous success with Pet Flora and want to share my experiences with other pet owners. I think it is an amazing product for maintaining healthy digestion, and for the prevention and treatment for gas, diarrhea and vomiting in animals. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs (a German Shorthair Pointer and a Yellow Labrador.) My dogs both have great noses and love food. Unfortunately, that can get them into some trouble! Whenever they find something they shouldn't have eaten; whether they get into my trash can, eat another dog's food, or steal some people food, they will get bad gas, diarrhea or they'll vomit. I now have a simple cure... Pet Flora. I used to take my dogs to the vet for treatment for vomiting and diarrhea, and I would incur sizable vet bills. Now I can treat them at home with Pet Flora and save myself a lot of time and money (and carpet stains.) To give my dogs the supplement, I'll put some peanut butter on the pill, or wrap it in cheese, and my dogs will easily eat it! I have given the product to friends' dogs and coworkers' dogs whenever I hear of gas or diarrhea, and they have had success every time. If we go on a hike and my dogs drink some stagnant water, I will immediately give them Pet Flora when we get home, to make sure they don't get sick.

I will give my cats Pet Flora if I notice loose stool in my their litter boxes, and the diarrhea will be gone by the next day. Since I typically can't tell which cat has the upset stomach, I open a capsule or two and sprinkle it over their dry food. The first time I gave it to them, I was shocked at how quickly I had results! I think this is a product that every pet owner should have on hand, for the comfort of your animals, and to avoid expensive vet bills."

Pet Flora"Hello,
I am writing to tell you about what Pet Flora has done for my beloved 14 yr old cat Petunia. She has had chronic diarrhea and vomiting since about last February. I spent around $700 in vet bills (and I am unemployed – this was all the money I had then) just to be told they have no idea what is wrong. She was on antibiotics for a month, as well as prescription probiotics (paste + pills – don’t remember the brand name) which did not even seem to touch the problem. Blood tests, fecal tests, all normal. I was getting very close to having to put her down. The vet said as long as she is still eating you can wait. But still the problem continued. I did find on the internet an herbal drop specially for diarrhea, and it almost works, but if I miss one of the two daily doses Petunia would get the diarrhea and vomiting back even worse than before.

Then I found your Pet Flora. I ordered the smallest pack just to see what it would do. I was delighted with the free article you included in my package on her specific problem (Thank you for the free sample too!). After reading your article I decided to start with one pill twice a day. She does not tolerate pills well and is very picky about what she is willing to eat but I tried sprinkling it on her regular food and mixing it in a little bit. SHE LOVES IT! No fighting to get her "medicine" down. Also, within 48 hours I noticed a marked improvement in her health. For one thing her bowel movements are solid and brown, not runny and yellow. No vomiting at all. Also, for months she has been moving in slow motion. She has been walking so slowly that the bell on her neck is never heard. After 4 doses of Pet Flora she is running around and trying to chase birds again!

I just re-ordered a bottle of 50. Thank you so much for this wonderful product. "

"I have a 5 year old part siamese cat that has had digestive problems for much of the past four years. He is an indoor cat. He has not been able to eat canned cat food for years without immediately throwing it up. He also throws up most of his dry food. He has this problem 2 or 3 times a day. This past month he has also had explosive diarrhea. I found your website from google search. I ordered the herbal anti- inflammatory and the pet flora. It helped immediately. The vomiting and diarrhea became much less; some days with no messes at all. I have now quit giving him the herbal anti- inflammatory and have tried to give him the pet flora only every 3 days. This seems to be too long for him to go w/o pet flora as he has had vomiting and diarrhea again. I also, as your literature that was included with the order indicated, found cat food w/o corn, wheat, or soy and have also taken away cholorinated water. Sam still has loose stools and several messy BMs per day. I have reordered the pet flora and also ordered the super pet enzymes. Amazing enough Sam is a healthy cat with a nice personality. His weight is good and his coat and eyes look good."
