Cat diarrhea can be difficult to treat for three reasons.
There are many substances that can destabilize the gastrointestinal function of cats: foods, contaminants, vaccines, drugs. etc..
With cat diarrhea, there are predisposing conditions (genetics, stress, location changes, health history.
Finally, time is a critical factor as the longer the feline diarrhea persists, the more body systems degenerate. Electrolytes are excreted, tissues become water logged and slough off, acidity builds up,
and pathogenic bacteria take over the microbiological population.
Consequently, Feline Comfort addresses all of the physical and nutritional requirements. Feline Comfort soothes and rebuilds the GI lining, and restores microbiological balance. For many cats this is sufficient to bring about balance.
However, if your cat is chronic, has been sick for weeks or months, or has an especially violent explosive cat diarrhea, then you will need our Treatment-Resistant package.
To help you decide what it is you need, go ahead and click the tabs at the top of this Intro and read more about Feline Comfort.
Feline Comfort is a powder that can be
added to any wet or dry food. With dry food,
mix the Feline Comfort into a small amount of
water making a paste and apply that to the
dry food.
Feline Comfort has a high degree of acceptability
with cats. If there is a problem with acceptability,
mix into a liver paste and feed
orally, or mix with water and administer with
a syringe.
If the diarrhea and or
vomiting does not reduce or gets worse,
this is a sign the cat's GI tract is too
badly inflamed for probiotics. Check our site
for more suggestions or email customer service.
Feline Comfort is safe and beneficial to give every day.
Feline Comfort contains many of the most effective substances
used by holistic vets to support the gastrointestinal system of

vomiting.
Feline Comfort contains seven highly effective ingredients
to soothe and normalize feline intestinal tracts. But not only

Feline Comfort is a supplement that promotes normal digestion in cats and enhances gastrointestinal function.
Feline Comfort has been carefully formulated to meet the special needs of domesticated animals. Every ingredient works synergistically to promote normal digestion.
Pet Flora Our flagship product. Pet Flora is a proprietary formulation of Soil Based Organisms that succeeds when all other probiotics fail.
Arabinogalactan is a long chain polysaccharide obtained from Larch trees. Arabinogalactan is a water soluble fiber that also enhances immune competence. For this reason, it is a desirable ingredient in any GI formulation.
Super Pet Enzymes are a broad spectrum enzyme formulation that will digest the complete range of food items.
Additionally, we add generous amounts of bromelain and serrapeptase, two proteases that have an exceptional ability to reduce inflammation.
L-Glutamine, the peptide-bound form, is the most easily assimilated form of L-Glutamine. This form is absorbed up to 20 times better than free form amino acids. L-Glutamine is the supplement of choice for more chronic conditions of the GI tract, such as IBD, Crohn's disease and various forms of colitis, as well as for AIDS and cancer patients, where the GI integrity has been compromised.
Slippery Elm is an herbal preparation made from the slippery inner bark of a type of elm tree. Slippery elm has long been used in North America for medicinal purposes. Slippery elm is soothing to the digestive system. It is good for both diarrhea and constipation, as it softens and adds smooth bulk to the stool. Slippery elm also calms irritation as it gently coats the lining of the intestinal system.
Psyllium Seed Powder is a mucilaginous herb that soothes the intestinal contents. The indigestible mucilage (active principle) is found both in the whole seed and the husk and swells when it comes in contact with water. Psyllium is used for chronic yeast infections. It is employed to prevent the systemic absorption of the yeast's metabolic wastes that many individuals are sensitive to.
Tuna Flavor is natural and hypoallergenic. The flavor is extracted from tuna, but contains almost no tuna protein.
Beef Liver Powder is from Argentinian natural grass fed cows. This powder is the highest quality human grade available. These cows have never been on feed lots and freely roam the Pampas.

We didn't have any animals after building a new house 23 years ago, then we took in a cat that was my Mothers. Then we had a stray kitten come to the door and I let her in. Then we started getting many strays when they heard we were easy.
Now we take care of close to 30 stray cats. When it is cold out, some come in on the porch to sleep.
The shelters are all full and no one seems to want more cats. We try to get them fixed, so not to get more, but can't always keep up. One of the females who had been fixed, started having diarrhea. I tried for 3 months to stop it. I cooked just chicken and rice, tried kaopectate, but nothing helped. I searched the internet and found Vitality Science. I decided it was cheaper than another Vet appointment and it was also guaranteed, so I ordered Feline Comfort and Vital Lipids. She was better in 4 days and much better by weeks end. Since then I have used it for many cats with great results every time.
One cat we called Suzie was laying on our porch step close to death. I brought her in, wrapped her in a towel and called Mr. Becker. He sent Herbal anti inflammatory. I gave her that, Feline comfort and Vital lipids for a week. She was much better and was able to walk again. As soon as she could, she got out. She still comes to eat, but we can't touch her.
I bought some for my Mother in law's 16 year old cat and she is feeling much better and can move easier now.
I have been very impressed by the products I have tried. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it.
Mr. Becker answered an email question with a phone call. He explained many of the problems and helped immensely. I'm surprised and happy that in this day and age there is still a company that is so very good and helpful also.
Thank you from the many benefactors of your kindness.

Hello Steve,
First of all, I would sincerely like to thank you for all your help in stabilizing my Persian Cat, Cheddar. He was finally diagnosed with a bacterial overgrowth of Clostridium Perfringens. Our vet feels that he does not have an optimum immune system and that any little stress causes him difficulties. He also had ringworm at less than a year old.
At any rate, I have been able to stabilize him by using 3/4 tsp Feline Comfort 2 x day along with some extra fiber and vitamins. He has not had any bloody loose stools since starting the Felne Comfort and is generally quite active and social.
Right now he is back on antibiotics to control the bacterial overgrowth, along with the Feline Comfort, fiber, and vitamins. His food was successfully changed to Wellness (at your recommendation) and he is doing well with it.

We have had our cat Mayor for over 8 years, getting him from a shelter, and he has been a great addition to the family. However, he has had bowel problems for his entire life; he could not make it to the litter box, he would meow in pain due to gas, accidents all over the place. It was truly terrible. We tried everything - steroids, various diets including raw food, all types of medicine, going to the Vet and subjecting him to every test available. Nothing worked. But now, we have him on a Pet Flora and Feline Comfort regiment and it works wonders! No more painful meows! Very little oops cannott make it! He is much happier
Thanks!

Los Angeles, CA Hey, Thanks so much for the extra items. I have been waiting to see how my cat was feeling before I emailed you. Your products are great! Tux seems to have bounced back.
On the 10th of December Tux started vomiting. The next afternoon I brought him to the vet. They ran test and e-rays, kept him a couple of days and I picked him up Sat. morning. All the test were good; the vet had no idea what could be wrong. He wouldn't eat for the vet, so they sent him home with anti-nausea meds. When he came home he had diarrhea and nausea. Even on the anti-nausea meds he would get sick. I was afraid to bring him back to the vet since he was so unhappy there and the vet had no idea what was wrong.
My girlfriend suggested that I treat him like I would myself, naturally. Before I found your site, I had started him on Happy Bellies Oatmeal with probiotics. It seemed to help but not completely. Then I found your site, it was such a blessing.
HE HAS NOT BEEN SICK ONCE SINCE HE STARTED YOUR PRODUCTS!!! I've forwarded a letter with the link to your site to ALL my friends who are animal lovers.
Arabinogalactan stimulates macrophage activity and therefore may be effective in preventing cancer
Immunomodulating activity of arabinogalactan and fucoidan in vitro. J Med Food. 2005 Winter;8(4):446-53.

Many polysaccharides obtained from natural sources are considered to be biological response modifiers and have been
shown to enhance various immune responses.
These data suggest that arabinogalactan and fucoidan are activators of lymphocytes and macrophages. This property may contribute to their effectiveness in the immunoprevention of cancer.
