I would like to thank Steve for all the time he spent with me on phone when I would call about my cat Jynx. He was very helpful in trying to work out some type of plan to help Jynx's chronic diarrhea. In the end nothing worked. On Monday, April 6, 2009, he began to act like he was in severe pain and could not hold his bowels, I made the decision to have him put to sleep on Tuesday, April 7, 2009, after a four year struggle with chronic diarrhea. When I contacted Steve and Vitality Science to let them know what had happened, the money I had spent with the company was refunded.
